This ensures the foil unwinds smoothly and remains free of static, resulting in a cleaner, higher-quality finish especially during lamination. The brushes feature ultrasoft synthetic fibers, making them suitable for all types of foil without causing scratches or damage. For best performance, it is recommended to install one brush each above and below the foil. The brushes can be easily mounted by clamping them directly onto laminating machinery between the machine frame jaws. Magnetic feet secure the brushes firmly in place by simply loosening screws included in the package. Each brush comes with a 3.5-meter grounding cable equipped with a cable lug for straightforward connection. The brushes should not be exposed to temperatures exceeding 150°F. Beyond laminating machines, these brushes provide an effective solution wherever electrostatic problems arise.
